Logg In Problems

Hi.

Ive had a few people come up asking about logg in problems.
I also get the same problem sometimes.
I will have logged on earlier ill go out and when i get home ive dc'd and cant logg back into the server on that particular account, but if i try on my Spouse account i get in straight away.
i'd really like to be able to tell people what they need to do when this happens, Would you be able to have a look into it.

Also guys this could possibly be because of the vps, So please everyone Start donating, so problems such as this can be avoided in future.

it is because of the vps . i got a brazilian VPS which doesnot have an nt . so u should say im sticking the server so any crash in the Game itself it gives me tones of errors which i solve in few minutes but sometime im not home when somethin like that happens and no one got access to the vps

if im right it says . verifying game account then says connection interrupted .
